I grew up in the Springdale area and have also lived in the Tarentum (Frazier Township) Area, Arnold, Vandergrift, and have been a resident of Parks Township (Vandergrift - Armstrong County) for 18 Plus Years. From the time I could earn money, I found myself always out there whether I was delivering the neighborhoods newspapers, cutting grass, babysitting, and / or cleaning houses. I also worked 2 jobs during the summers of my high school years.
My late Mother, Sally Miller, was a Full Time Realtor in the Springdale area back in the 1980's
My late Father, Joseph Miller, and I began as avid investors with Real Estate before I got my Real Estate License. He gave me the inspiration and was also my Number 1 Cheerleader! We were actually supposed to take classes and get our licenses together but he decided to watch and cheer me on first and never ended up diving in.
I live at home with my husband, Mark Rulis, who is a Contractor and runs his own business. We have a son, Mitchel Rodriguez, that is older, and out of the house who has given us 2 wonderful grandchildren. He is a Truck Driver who recently formed his own LLC so he can be an Idependent Truck Driver and be home with his family during the week. I am also the Legal Guardian of my fun loving sister, Bobbi Jo Miller, who has the biggest heart in the world and is an Adult with Disabilities as both of our parents have been deceased for some time. We raised my sister since 1996, but Bobbi Jo now lives full time with an agencey as she is pretty independent while still needing full time supervision.
When I am not helping my Real Estate clients, or meeting new clients with Real Estate needs, I love to spending time with my friends & family, and spending time at our Riverside Camp in Schenley, PA that is nearby and I can easily travel from for showing homes. I also enjoy learning about and keeping up with any Real Estate changes in todays market, boating, gardening, crafts, & playing cards.
