Roger started his career in retail right out of high school and currently has 30+ years in retail management 5 years of running his own businesses and four years of sales experience.
Roger earned his Bachelors degree in accounting early on which lead him down a detailed path in the service and sales industry. Working in these industries taught him a lot about delivering value based on a customers needs and goals. This transitions nicely into his work as an agent with The Tyler Thompson Group.
