Hi! I'm Hannah Gerard, a licensed real estate agent proudly serving Western Pennsylvania, and a member of Realty ONE Group Landmark. After leaving the healthcare industry, I decided to start a career in real estate. To me, real estate isn't just a job or a transaction, it's a chance to help others on their real estate journey! Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, an investor looking to expand your portfolio, or someone that's needs to sell a family property, I'm here for YOU! You can count on me to be your trusted go-to through every step of this journey!
When I'm not working, you'll find me at home with my children, or out in the community doing things with my family and friends. I'm from Latrobe, PA, and have been in the same area most of my life. I moved away after high school, and promptly came home! This is where my roots are, and where I'd love to help you put your roots down as well!
No matter what your real estate needs are, I promise to always do my best and show up for my clients from beginning to end, ensuring a solid relationship between us for the duration of your transaction. Lets connect!
